We are very tot friendly!
Whether it's our popular Tot Time for ages 0-6, or tot sports programs for ages 3-6, children love being active in our safe and open spaces.

Tot programs at Body Zone introduce children to a variety of sports and activities designed just for them. Classes help kids move, stretch, play and learn! Our fun, positive and non-competitive environment promotes social interaction, physical activity and confidence. There are tot classes in basketball, lacrosse, soccer, ice skating, t-ball and swimming. From our two indoor fields and basketball court, to the ice and heated pool, children love Tot Zone.

Tot Time
Tot Time is a time for you and your little one ages 0-6 to play on our turf field with our child-friendly toys and games. Drop in and join the fun as your schedule allows – no pre-registration necessary. Playgroups welcome too!
 
Summer options for tots
Tot sports programs and Tot Time take a summer break starting May 1, but will return in September! Our fall schedule for Tot Time and tot soccer, basketball, plus FiddleStix lacrosse, will be posted in July.

Tot Zone Sports
Four-week sessions: $45

Basketball
Children ages 3-7 will learn the basic fundamentals of basketball from dribbling, passing, shooting, as well as team work, sportsmanship, sharing and communication skills. Please note: Players may be moved up or down after the first class based on the coach's discretion.


T-Ball
Children ages 3-6 will learn the basics of t-ball including hitting, catching, base running and more.


FiddleStix Lacrosse Program
Introduce your child to the exciting game of lacrosse. Children ages 3-6 will learn the basic fundamentals of lacrosse: how to hold a stick, cradling, scooping, passing and more. Body Zone provides pint-sized sticks for your child.


Soccer
Children ages 3-6 will learn the basic fundamentals of soccer from passing, running and kicking with both feet. Fun soccer-oriented games will teach team work, sportsmanship, sharing and coordination. Please note: Players may be moved up or down after the first class based on the coach's discretion. Register for one or all sessions now.

Swim School
Learning to swim is a life skill. From infants to adults, we offer both group and private lessons for all ability levels with numerous developmental approaches to meet everyone’s needs. Details

Learn to Skate
Skating lessons are a great way to learn the basic elements of ice skating while getting fit and having fun. Our Learn to Skate program is designed in conjunction with the United States Figure Skating Basic Skills program and is for all ages and abilities. Details

Youth Ice Hockey Lessons
Berks Bear Cubs Cross Ice is for kids ages 4-10. Each session features instruction and game play as kids skate across the ice instead of the regulation NHL length. Cross Ice gives kids more energy and repetitions to improve puck handling, shooting and goaltending. It also prompts quicker mental and physical reaction to various situations. Details
