Small Group Training
There is strength in numbers. That’s why our Small Group Training program is our flagship training experience.
Small Group Training offers consistent, daily programming for groups of 6. Each session consists of a dynamic warm-up, movement demonstration and coaching, high-intensity interval training and a group cool-down. You’ll be sure to fast-track your personal fitness goals while awakening the competitor in you. You’ll get expert coaching and program design, cost-efficient workouts and the fun, inspiration, and accountability that comes with a small group fitness journey.
Monday – Thursday: 9:00 – 10:00 AM
Friday: 9:00 – 10:00 AM
Friday: 12:00 – 1:00 PM
Monday, Tuesday and Thursday: 5:30 – 6:30 PM
