SPRINT is a speed, agility and power conditioning program for any athlete in any sport at any position.

SPRINT Philosophy: To develop the athlete in a dynamic environment while incorporating aspects of actual game situations. SPRINT focuses on the speed, power and agility of the athlete and translates these characteristics into proven results.

SPRINT utilizes Body Zone’s state-of-the-art facility including: two new turf fields, two ice rinks, six-lane pool, 10,000 sq. ft. agility/training room, 30,000 sq. ft fitness center, running track and outdoor spaces.

Participants will also receive nutritional information geared toward the active athlete. This component is an excellent tool for parents that adds immediate and long-term value.

Personal Training 101
Members are invited to attend Personal Training 101, hosted on the third Wednesday of every month by a different personal trainer. This complimentary program is part presentation and part Q & A session.

Members will learn helpful hints to training that are both practical and effective. Whether you're a beginner who needs help identifying goals or training for something big PT 101 is sure to help you map out the right path.

Beach Body Boot Camp
Trim those winter pounds and get ready for swimsuit weather!

Beach Body Boot Camp, led by Body Zone Personal Trainer Lindsay Rothenberger, is back and ready to help you burn fat and tone your body with various strength and endurance training techniques including TRX Suspension Training and more.

Every class is different and provides a personal training experience at a fraction of the cost!

Five-week program that combines personal training with professional golf instruction that is accommodating to golfers of all skill levels. The entire program is designed to help you hit the ball farther and straighter. Every golfer's dream!

This photo demonstrates one of the ways Hunters Conditioning Camp prepares a hunter for an unstable surface.  This demo includes and actual tree stand and weighted bar to simulate a rifle.

Hunters Conditioning Camp,  featured in the Reading Eagle, focuses on strength, endurance and cardio to help get you ready for your best season yet. 

The program targets the physical demands placed on a hunter including unstable surfaces, steep inclines, climbing and lugging your prize out of the woods. 

Participants also get tips for eating to conquer the body's energy demands and cold temperatures.

Body Zone's popular Ski Conditioning Camp is sure to get you ready to hit the slopes this coming season. 

Learn how to strengthen your core and legs so you can stay on the slopes and out of the lodge.  Increase your balance, leg strength and endurance.
