SPRINT is a speed, agility and power
conditioning program for any athlete in any sport at any
position.
SPRINT Philosophy: To develop the athlete in a dynamic
environment while incorporating aspects of actual game
situations. SPRINT focuses on the speed, power and agility of
the athlete and translates these characteristics into proven
results.
SPRINT utilizes Body Zone’s state-of-the-art facility including:
two new turf fields, two ice rinks, six-lane pool, 10,000 sq.
ft. agility/training room, 30,000 sq. ft fitness center, running
track and outdoor spaces.
Participants will also receive nutritional information geared
toward the active athlete. This component is an excellent tool
for parents that adds immediate and long-term value.

third Wednesday of every month by a different
personal trainer. This complimentary program is part
presentation and part Q & A session.
Members will learn helpful hints to training that are both
practical and effective. Whether you're a beginner who needs
help identifying goals or training for something big PT 101
is sure to help you map out the right path.

Hunters Conditioning Camp,
featured in the Reading Eagle, focuses
on strength, endurance and cardio to help get you
ready for your best season yet.
The program
targets the physical demands placed on a
hunter including unstable surfaces, steep inclines,
climbing and lugging your prize out of the woods.
Participants also get tips for eating to conquer the
body's energy demands and cold temperatures.
