No other club in the area has more programs designed specifically to keep seniors active and fit. Whether you want to increase flexibility and endurance, or find a little more energy, one or more of these programs will deliver.

Body Zone offers Silver Sneakers®, the leading senior exercise program in the country. The program includes Silver Sneakers Cardio Circuit, Silver Sneakers Muscular Strength and Range of Movement, and Silver Sneakers Yoga Stretch among others. Classes are held every weekday and are available to all of our senior members. Special Silver Sneakers memberships are also available to Highmark MediGap Blue, Freedom Blue, and Security Blue members. In addition to Highmark we also accept Health Options Program and Geisinger Gold.  Our AquaX program for seniors brings the lower impact of the swimming pool to fitness exercises.
