Jacob Henn
Director of Personal Training

History
Jacob graduated from Wilson High School in 1996.  He then attended Penn State University where he received a bachelor of science in Kinesiology with a Medical Emphasis in 2003.  He participated in water polo swimming, volleyball, and continued volleyball at a collegiate level.

Training Philosophy
“The only thing standing in the way of your goal is you.  With drive and perseverance anything is possible."

Interests / Other activities
Jacob’s interests include baseball, volleyball, football, motorcycling, and skiing

Goals
To be a progressive and innovative trainer, while focusing on the development of sport enhancement through exercise.

 



Jason Kelly

History
Jason grew up in Pottstown and graduated from Pottsgrove High School.  Jason attended Merrimack College for 2 ½ years then transferred to West Chester University.  He graduated in 2004 with a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology/ Fitness Specialist.  He was also captain of the West Chester University Ice Hockey team his junior and senior years and led the team to nationals.

Interests / Other activities
Include fishing, golf, ice hockey, training, coaching ice hockey

Goals His goals for the future include pursuing his interests in specificity of movement in sports development programs.



Tanya Winters
B.S. Kinesiology /Health
and P.E.

Apex Fitness Professional

History
Tanya grew up in Berks County, where she attended Governor Mifflin high school.  She graduated from West Chester University with a degree in Kinesiology and a minor in Health Science.  While at West Chester, Tanya competed in track and field where she placed 11th in the nation in the Heptathlon.  She also was the captain of her volleyball team and holds the record for most career kills.

Training Philosophy
“Don’t procrastinate. Don’t tell yourself you’ll work out tomorrow, because tomorrow will turn into two days, and two days will turn into a week.”

Interests / Other activities
Tanya enjoys running, skiing, reading, traveling, swimming, biking, playing volleyball, and practicing yoga.  She also coaches volleyball as well as track.  Most recently her interests involve training for a triathlon.

Goals
Tanya’s goals include broadening her participation in other sports to give her a wider window of expertise, and continuing her education in the health field.



Nate Seager  
B.S. Exercise Science

History
Nate grew up in Myerstown, PA where he attended ELCO High school.  He played on the soccer and baseball teams.  He continued his education at Slippery Rock University, earning his Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science.

Training Philosophy
“Test yourself every day.  You have to put in the time and effort to achieve your desired goals.”

Interests / Other activities
Nate’s interests include golf, soccer, strength & performance training, the beach, music, tennis, wake boarding, baseball, basketball, and spending time with friends and family.

Goals
To help people of all ages improve their quality of life. “Whether it is for sport or just activities of daily living, I want everyone I train to reach their full potential and learn to have fun doing it.”



Lindsay Rothenberger
B.S. Recreation Studies
NASM Certified Personal Trainer

History
Lindsay grew up in Fleetwood, PA and attended Oley Valley High School.  She earned her Bachelor of Science in Recreation Studies from Ohio University in 2006.  Lindsay played field hockey for Oley Valley High School and continued field hockey through college where she captained the Division I Ohio University team.

Training Philosophy
“Exercise doesn’t need to be complex, it needs to be entertaining.”

Interests / Other activities
Lindsay’s interests include running, coaching and playing field hockey, tennis, fashion, and shopping.  Lindsay also really enjoys her down time with her friends and family.

Goals
Lindsay wants to focus on getting people comfortable with the transition to an exercise atmosphere by making exercise a pleasurable component of their day.


Gabrielle
Warner

History
Gabrielle graduated from Wilson High School in 2001.  She then attended East/West School of Massage Therapy.  Since then she has been actively involved in Health and Wellness industry.  She is a graduate of the Professional Fitness Institute, Las Vegas Nevada.

Training Philosophy
“It is amazing what happens when you take can’t out of the equation!”

Interests / Other activities
Gabrielle loves spending time with friends and family.  She enjoys hiking, running and any outdoor activity.  She is passionate about yoga and meditation.

Goals
Gabrielle strives to be a positive impact in the growth of others while continually expanding her knowledge in the health industry.  She encourages all her clients to tap into their inner power, enabling them to reach new levels of success.
