Healthy Weight Loss Solutions In A Small Group Setting
Project: You! is a two-month fitness and nutrition program designed to increase physical activity and promote healthy eating and weight management in a small group setting. A Body Zone Certified Personal Trainer will be your guide as you make a journey to making better food and exercise choices, loosing inches and gaining confidence … You taking care of YOU! You’ll see weekly results as you make a journey towards a healthier lifestyle in a motivating, supportive and positive environment. Exercises will be modified to accommodate all fitness levels and limitations. Program is open to the public and gives non-members full access to our award-winning fitness and aquatics center for the duration of the program.
Your two-month plan consists of:
- Initial and private one-hour fitness and nutrition assessment
- 2 one-hour small group workout sessions per week consisting of interval training with strength and cardio workouts
- Nutrition support through two group meetings, weekly individual support, guidance with food logs and journals, informative emails to keep you on track.
- Tracking and monitoring of weekly weigh ins
- Steadfast encouragement and support from your group, certified personal trainer and Body Zone’s Fitness Concierge staff
