Stand-Up Paddleboard Classes

Floating fitness is now at Body Zone! From calming and core building Paddleboard Yoga to the more dynamic and quick moving Paddleboard Core FIT class, you now have two new ways to take your fitness to water. Challenge your balance and get a great full body workout with both classes.


Stand-Up Paddleboard Yoga

Stand-Up Paddleboard Yoga focuses on flexibility and relaxing the mind while floating on water. Participants will be guided through a sequence of yoga poses and finish class with a focus on core strength. All fitness levels are welcome and modifications will be given for those who are new to paddleboard yoga. Prior yoga experience suggested but not necessary. For ages 16 and older.

Stand-Up Paddleboard Core FIT

Stand-Up Paddleboard Core FIT is an energetic class that focuses on your core and improving balance while strengthening and toning your entire body. This challenging class will keep you moving and having fun while working hard. Think: planks, mountain climbers, bicep work with bands and more! There will be modifications used for many exercises but not all. All fitness levels are welcome but a familiarity with core exercises is recommended and you must be comfortable with getting wet. For ages 16 and older.

Fridays: 12:00 – 1:00 PM
