School of Hoops Youth Basketball Programs

When your child wants to learn the game, get better, compete or you just want them to move and have fun, sign them up for a Body Zone School of Hoops youth basketball program.

School of Hoops Tot Basketball

Body Zone’s tot basketball program welcomes hundreds of toddlers every year and is often their first sports playing experience. Our classes teach the basics like dribbling, passing and shooting. And our goal is to create a fun, positive and non-competitive experience that promotes social interaction, physical activity and confidence.

School of Hoops Tot Basketball is directed by Andre Lockhart, Body Zone’s School of Hoops youth basketball program director. Andre and his team of adult coaches can’t wait to bring their love of the game to your little movers!

Children must be three years old before the start of the session in order to participate. No equipment needed, just sneakers and a water bottle! Please note: Players may be moved up or down after the first class based on the coach’s discretion.
