Ice Rink Closed For Repairs
For the past six weeks, Body Zone has tried to accommodate skating programs and events while dealing with mounting issues with our cooling system and dehumidification unit. During this time we have implemented and explored a multitude of repair options none of which have made a favorable impact on the ice or your skating experience. In its current state, our system simply cannot continue to fight the heat and humidity and maintain a safe ice surface.

The final conclusion is that we must shut down the rink until August 19 for your safety and to begin repairs on the cooling tower and dehumidification unit. The end result will be brand new ice surfaces on both rinks and the elimination of potential issues down the line.

We are very sorry for the inconvenience to all of our figure skating, hockey and speedskating patrons. We have longstanding relationships with almost all of you and truly appreciate your patience, understanding and support during this time.

From Pottsville: Take Rt. 61 S to 222 S. Follow 222 S to the Spring Ridge Drive exit. Take this exit and turn right off the ramp. The Body Zone entrance is just ahead on your right.

From Philadelphia: Take I-76 W (PA Turnpike) to the Morgantown exit. Take this exit and follow signs to I-176 N. Take I-176 N to 422 W (use left lane exit for Reading). Stay on 422 W past the Penn Avenue exits. Do not turn off this main road; 422 W becomes 222 N. Stay on 222 N to the Spring Ridge Drive exit. Exit here and turn left at the stop sign. Proceed to the traffic light in front of you and turn right onto Paper Mill Road. The Body Zone entrance is just ahead on your right.

From Lancaster: Take Rt. 30 to 222 N. From 222 N. Follow 222 N until the Spring Ridge Drive exit. Exit here and turn left at the stop sign. Proceed to the traffic light in front of you and turn right onto Paper Mill Road. The Body Zone entrance is just ahead on your right.

From Allentown: From Rt. 78 W take the exit for 100 S. Take 100 S until it meets up with 222 S. Take 222 S toward Reading until you see the Spring Ridge Drive exit (just after the exit for Rt. 183). Take the Spring Ridge Drive exit, and turn right off the ramp. The Body Zone entrance is just ahead on your right.

From Exton: Take the Pottstown Pike to I-76 W (PA Turnpike). Follow the turnpike to the Morgantown exit. Take the Morgantown exit and follow signs to I-176 N. Continue on I-176 N to 422 W (use left lane exit for Reading). Stay on 422 W past the Penn Avenue exits. Do not turn off this main road; 422 W becomes 222 N. Stay on 222 N to the Spring Ridge Drive exit. Exit here and turn left at the stop sign. Proceed to the traffic light in front of you and turn right onto Paper Mill Road. The Body Zone entrance is just ahead on your right.

From Harrisburg: Take Rt. 78 E until you reach Rt. 183. Merge onto Rt. 183 S. Follow 183 S to 222 S. Take 222 S for a short distance to the Spring Ridge Drive exit. Take this exit and turn right at the stop sign at the end of the ramp and right again at the traffic light. The Body Zone entrance is just ahead on your right.
