Aquatic Fitness Programs

IMPORTANT: Pool heater is broken and pool temp is declining. Classes and lap swimming are cancelled tomorrow, November 24, as we make repairs.


Face masks, covering nose and mouth, are required at Body Zone at all times except while in the pool. Please make sure your face mask in on the pool deck for immediate and easy access after your aquatics activity.

Our pool and pool programming such as lap swimming and aqua fitness classes are now open and safe! Access to the pool is now all reservation-only, fee-based and offers a multitude of safety measures for your health and well-being. The hydrotherapy pool is closed until further notice.

Aqua Fitness Class Information

  • Advance online reservations via Body Zone Self-Service are required. No refunds. No make up sessions. Reservations are not transferable to others.
  • IMPORTANT FOR MEMBERS BEFORE YOUR PURCHASE: You need a Body Zone Self-Service account to get started — you’ll use this log in info to buy/book classes when you tap a button below. If you do not have a Self-Service account, you must sign up for one through an “invite” from Body Zone. This will guarantee that your Self-Service account is linked to your existing Body Zone active contract ensuring your member discount. Contact us for a Self-Service “invite” or check your email for instructions.
  • Fees: Member – $5/class | Non-member – $15/class
  • How to Buy/Book classes: 1. Click a Buy & Book button located after the schedule below. 2. Log in with your Self-Service info. 3. BUY an Aqua Fitness Class PACKAGE. 4. BOOK SESSIONS (you may begin scheduling them right away. The schedule will be released two weeks in advance.
  • Our non-member fee includes a Fitness Day Pass too. Let us know at check-in if you will be using the fitness center during your visit.
  • SilverSneaker participants registered at Body Zone are eligible for the member fee: $5/person.

Class Descriptions
Aqua Strong
Anything goes in this fun, moderately intense class. Class focus is strength and cardio with variety every time. Expect a total body workout and all fitness levels are welcome.

Aqua Fit
Aqua Fit is a total body workout in the shallow, using dumbbells and noodles. Cardio and strength training intervals will be introduced to help increase your fitness level. This class will be a good “push” but modifications will be given.

Aqua Stride & Strength
This class is all about high intensity cardio and resistance interval training. Participants are guaranteed a total body workout with a smile.

Aqua Zumba
Integrating the Zumba formula and philosophy with traditional aqua fitness disciplines, Aqua Zumba class blends it all together into a safe, challenging, water-based workout that’s cardio conditioning, body toning, and most of all, exhilarating.

Deep Extreme
Hit the deep with us in this intense cardiovascular water workout utilizing various equipment like aqua dumbbells, noodles and belts. Expect some aqua jogging too. Challenge yourself in this deep water class!

Water Walk
Water Walk is the perfect gentle approach for first-time water exercisers or those with arthritis, fibromyalgia, or recovering from an injury or surgery. Let the water relax your tense muscles as your work your joints to increase range of motion and strength.

Water Walk & Tone
Want to Water Walk with a boost of toning? Participants will use aqua dumbbells and noodles for strength work.

  • SilverSneaker participants registered at Body Zone are eligible for the member fee: $5/person.
  • Lap swimming sessions are 45-minutes long.
  • Up to five lanes will be open for reservation — one person per lane. Lane availability is always subject to change.

  • Please arrive ready to swim and face masks covering nose and mouth are required at all times except when in the pool.
  • Clients must be 12 or older to book lap swimming. Clients under the age of 12 may participate but must make arrangements with the Director of Aquatics. One parent/guardian must supervise children ages 15 and younger. You may wait on our pool deck with face mask on.
  • If parent/guardian wants to swim with the child, they must book an additional lane. There is no lane sharing at this time. Coaching from the deck is not permitted.
