WHAT HAPPENS IF I CANCEL A SESSION?
If you need to cancel your personal training session, please contact your trainer at least 24 hours in advance. If you cancel without 24 hours notice, you will be charged for the session.

HOW LONG DOES MY PERSONAL TRAINING SESSION LAST?
Sessions can last 25 or 50 minutes.

MAY I PURCHASE PERSONAL TRAINING PACKAGES?
We offer packages at both member and non-member rates. You may purchase 1, 10 and 20 session package sizes at a per-session discount. Packages never expire.

Please note for 10-session and 20-session packages! Packages are non-transferable and non-refundable once five or more sessions have been used for each. 

HOW DOES BODY ZONE INDIVIDUALIZE MY PERSONAL TRAINING EXPERIENCE?
All new Personal Training clients receive a Functional Assessment to provide a baseline of flexibility, balance, strength and mobility. This assessment also includes a discussion regarding and current or past injuries and goals. Our experienced trainers will then personalize your training based on the information they have received.

HOW DO I SCHEDULE A PERSONAL TRAINING SESSION?
You and your trainer will work together to plan personal training sessions based on your schedule and availability.

IS SMALL GROUP TRAINING AVAILABLE?
You can train with two to five people at once with the trainer of your choice. These groups can be private or open to new clients. Partner training sessions last 25 or 50 minutes and are formatted to your group’s specific goals.
