Happy Holiday Eating

For most of us, the holidays bring up fond memories of cousins, aunts, uncles, and laughter filling every room. Yet, feelings around food can often overshadow the conviviality: Am I eating too much? How much sugar is in this? Is my family judging me for my food choices? I know I’ll gain weight after this! Aunt Joan’s on a diet again. I can’t believe I ate so much! And so on.

It’s time we took back the holidays for our health, our well-being, and our families. Join Michelle Harris, Body Zone fitness professional and nutritionist to learn how you can enjoy all the holidays have to offer (including delicious foods), without any guilt.
