Swim Lessons

Learning to swim is a life skill. From infants to adults, we offer both group and private lessons for all ability levels with numerous developmental approaches to meet everyone’s needs. Swim School focuses on each person as a developing individual, teaching them to not only appreciate the water but to also become safe and confident, preparing them for swimming as a sport or for a lifetime of enjoyment. Parent/Infant Water Survival Class | Beginner & Advanced Levels

Parent/Infant Water Survival Class – Beginner Level teaches children between the ages of six months and two years old to self-rescue. Children will learn the skill of rolling on their backs, when placed in the water head down, to float, rest and breathe and stay in the position until help arrives. As the child progresses, they will learn how to kick to the wall/step/ladder with rolling over for breath control and then exiting the pool independently. They’ll start their first classes in swimsuits and end the session wearing clothing. The goal and emphasis? Water safety first! Please note: children will have their face in the water. Parent/guardian will be in the pool with the child.
