Learn more about … Les Mills SPRINT

High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) on a bike!

LES MILLS SPRINT is a 30-minute workout of high intensity, designed using an indoor bike to achieve fast results. The program is short and intense — class time is just 30 minutes. You’ll build lean muscle, train your body to burn fat and like a typical HIIT workout, you’ll burn calories for hours after your workout.

New to indoor cycling classes? You don’t need to be a seasoned cyclist to take the class but you do need some level of fitness for SPRINT. Take it easy during your first few sessions to get a feel for what it’s about. If you’re finding things tough it’s okay to slow down, reduce the load or sit up and rest. Try two HIIT workouts a week as part of a balanced training plan.
