Our 160,000 sq. ft. facility in Wyomissing, PA houses Body Zone Physical Therapy, two NHL-size ice rinks, two Sprinturf synthetic grass sports fields, a basketball/volleyball court, state-of-the-art wellness and aquatic centers and a suspended running track.

With more than 40,000 square feet of space devoted to fitness and aquatics, we make it easy for people of all ages to get active and healthy. Whether you’re new to a club setting or a pro at organized fitness, our community of more than 80 wellness professionals and staffers are on hand to help you make your transition to a healthier you.

Our wellness programs are extensive and include Body Zone Physical Therapy, Rock Steady Boxing for people with Parkinson’s disease, more than 130 weekly group fitness classes in our four studios and pool, personal training, swimming lessons through our popular Swim School, water safety certification programs, customized Corporate Wellness services and more.

Take your fitness journey to our courts, fields and rinks and participate in a sports league or ice hockey instructional clinic. Learn how to play Pickleball or simply take the family ice skating. Children love our summer camp and pint-sized sports programs developed just for them.
