Personal Training: Individual
Individual training is a personalized 25- or 50-minute session based on your needs and unique history. Whether you’re looking for a few sessions to advance your knowledge of our equipment and correct movement patterns; or a long-term goal-oriented relationship with the trainer/coach of your choosing, we have the right fit for you.
Our trainers have experience in working with everyone from the elite Division 1 athlete to the bride-to-be looking to get in the best shape of her life, from the 10-year-old speed skater to the 75-year-old recreational swimmer and from the cancer survivor to the triathlete.
