    stretch & Mobility

    Stretch & Mobility is a 45-minute small-group active recovery session that targets your entire body especially overworked hips, shoulders, ankles, and knees while enhancing mobility, flexibility, and overall movement quality. This is more than a workout — it’s an exclusive, expert-led experience where a Body Zone Trainer coaches you through every movement, providing personalized guidance, form corrections, and tips to help you get the most from every stretch.  

    You’ll begin with a gentle warm-up on a bike, rower, or treadmill, then move through carefully structured mobility blocks using REP ROOM equipment—including the Fitbench, bands, PVC pipes, and foam rollers. Whether you’re looking to prevent injury, improve performance, or simply feel better in your body, this session delivers a premium, results-driven experience that’s tailored to you in a supportive, small-group environment.

    • Sessions are led by BZ Trainer John McGarvey.
    • Location: Body Zone’s REP ROOM group workout studio.
    • Limited to 8 participants only.

    Junior Gym Certification Course

    Body Zone’s Junior Gym Certification Course teaches our youth members, ages 12-15, proper and safe usage of fitness equipment, wellness floor etiquette and simple workout progressions to ensure a healthy and enthusiastic fitness journey. Youth members must complete one 50-minute training session with a Body Zone Fitness Professional and test successfully in specified areas. Upon completion, youth members may use selected fitness equipment without direct parental supervision.

    Fee: $45 per 50-minute private session
