Sports Performance Coaching For Ages 14-22 | Drop-In Sessions

Elevate your game and join our drop-in sessions to refine your skills, boost strength, and improve aerobic capacity. For ages 14-22.

In the off-season, prioritizing fundamental training is crucial to prevent overtraining and injury.

Train with the experts: Led by Body Zone Trainer and Certified Parisi Performance Coach Josh Bushkie, this elite sports performance clinic for ages 14-22 is designed to unlock your full athletic potential. With a focus on the regression and progression of Parisi Speed School’s signature methods, Coach Bushkie will enhance your physical foundation and develop your athletic abilities to maximize performance on game day.

Tuesdays: Linear speed training. Master straight-ahead acceleration and top-speed running techniques.

Thursdays: Multi-directional speed training. Enhance agility, deceleration, and quick directional changes.

Fridays: Upper and lower body strength training. Build muscle strength and prevent injuries with targeted exercises.

Days/Dates: Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays from June 25 – August 23 (classes do not meet July 2, 4 and 5)
Times: Tuesdays from 11:00 am – 12:00 pm and Thursday and Fridays from 10:00 – 11:00 am

Fee:

$15 via advance online registration. Walk-ins should call first to check availability: 610-376-2100. Five participants needed to run a session.

School of Fit

Power up your child’s fitness when you enroll them in School of Fit!

School of Fit’s small group training experience will educate your young child on exercises and proper techniques to help them improve their fitness, health or athletic performance. Sessions will focus on training philosophies and exercises such as dynamic stretching, balance and core, plyometrics, high intensity interval training, upper and lower body strength training, speed and agility training, foam rolling, static stretching and more.

Each 60-minute small group class has a specific focus on training and is led by Body Zone Trainer and School of Hoops Director Andre Lockhart. This program is open to the public and all levels of fitness. For ages 10-15.

Afternoon Session:
 Tuesdays: July 9, 16, 23, 30, August 6, 13

Ages 10-12 meet from 12:00 – 1:0o PM

Ages 13-15 meet from 1:00 – 2:00 PM

Evening Session:
Thursdays: July 11, 18, 25, August 1, 8, 15

Ages 10-12 meet from 5:00 – 6:00 PM

Ages 13-15 meet from 6:00 – 7:00 PM

School of Hoops Combo Program: Player Development Clinics + School of Fit

Join School of Hoops Director/Coach and Body Zone Trainer Andre Lockhart for the total basketball and sports performance training experience. Grow your skills on the court through our six- or five-week player development clinic and then meet Andre on our fitness floor for School of Fit sports performance training to build strength, mobility, speed and explosiveness. School of Hoops t-shirt included.  For ages 10-15.

School of Hoops Session Dates: Saturdays:  July 13, 20, 27, August 3, 17 (no class on August 10)
School of Fit AFTERNOON Session Dates: Tuesdays: July 9, 16, 23, 30, August 6, 13
School of Fit EVENING Session Dates: Thursdays:  July 11, 18, 25, August 1, 8, 15
Ages 10-12 Program Time:
School of Hoops: 12:00 – 1:00 PM

School of Fit AFTERNOON session:  12:00 -1:00 PM or School of Fit EVENING session: 5:00 – 6:00 PM

Ages 13-15 Program Time:
School of Hoops from 1:00 – 2:00 PM 

School of Fit AFTERNOON session:  1:00 -2:00 PM or School of Fit EVENING session: 6:00 – 7:00 PM

Body Zone’s fitness floor (Tuesdays or Thursdays) and basketball court (Saturdays)
Fee:
$350 for SIX one-hour small group (six participants per age group only) training sessions and FIVE one-hour School of Hoops clinics. A $30 savings for those participating in both programs.

Junior Gym Certification Course

Body Zone’s Junior Gym Certification Course teaches our youth members, ages 12-15, proper and safe usage of fitness equipment, wellness floor etiquette and simple workout progressions to ensure a healthy and enthusiastic fitness journey. Youth members must complete one 50-minute training session with a Body Zone Personal Trainer and test successfully in specified areas. Upon completion, youth members may use selected fitness equipment without direct parental supervision.

Cost:
$45 per 50-minute private session

Junior Gym Certification Special
Give your Junior Gym graduate more guidance and education on the fitness floor and their fitness and sign them up for three additional sessions with a Body Zone personal trainer to establish a proper exercise program and more.

Cost:
$79 for three 25-minute private sessions
