MYZONE Fitness Bingo Challenge

Hey MYZONE heart-rate tech at Body Zone users! Are you ready for a new challenge? Mix up your fitness and find fun workout inspo through this holiday season by participating in our month-long MYZONE Fitness Bingo Challenge happening now!

How it works:
– Grab a fitness bingo card at The Wall (the giant blackboard located across from the 2nd floor fitness desk) or download it here.
– Complete the workout tasks our fitness team created just for you to earn a bingo.
– Earn a raffle ticket for every completed bingo.
– Win a great prize! We’re giving away a $200 Body Zone Fit Pack loaded with health and wellness items.
– Challenge ends on November 30.


Happy Holiday Eating

For most of us, the holidays bring up fond memories of cousins, aunts, uncles, and laughter filling every room. Yet, feelings around food can often overshadow the conviviality: Am I eating too much? How much sugar is in this? Is my family judging me for my food choices? I know I’ll gain weight after this! Aunt Joan’s on a diet again. I can’t believe I ate so much! And so on.

Weigh To Wellness Trim Down

Open To Non-Members & Includes A Free Six-Week Membership

Interested in losing weight and feeling better? Want to get back to a healthy lifestyle and focus on you? Join Body Zone’s Weigh To Wellness Trim Down, an six-week motivating, supervised and supportive group wellness program organized and led by Body Zone’s team of fitness and health experts.

You’ll benefit from Weigh To Wellness Trim Down if:

  • Your current workout and weight loss regimen aren’t working and you need that extra boost.
  • You need a health reset or because you are engaging in eating and exercise habits that are putting or keeping you at risk for disease and illness.
  • You have been told by your physician to lose weight.
  • You have Type 2 Diabetes.
  • You are preparing for orthopedic surgery and have been told to lose weight.
  • You’re looking for improved mental wellness

The six-week Weigh To Wellness Trim Down program includes:

  • 18 customized group training classes.
  • Nutrition education and support.
  • Tracking and feedback via InBody body composition screenings and MYZONE heart-rate performance technology.
  • Six-week membership (for non-members) to Body Zone’s fitness center and discounted access to aquatics programs, personal training and Body Zone’s new REP ROOM Studio.
  • Accountability partnerships with our fitness team (Coaches, Certified Trainers, Member Advisors).
