What is BODYPUMP?
BODYPUMP is a weight training workout that uses barbells with adjustable weights. It’s ideal for the beginner through the experienced exerciser as you are in charge of how much weight you put on the bar.

Sound Bath Meditation
Join Melissa Voler, BZ group fitness instructor, for a very relaxing and soothing meditation experience where participants are bathed in sound. The program begins with with a time for guided meditation and mindfulness, followed by an immersion into sounds and vibrations created by instruments such as crystal bowls, Tibetan singing bowls, gongs and water. The sound bath will take place with participants lying down on a mat. Please bring a blanket or towel.
