Sound BATH MEDITATION

Join Body Zone Group Fitness Instructor Melissa Voler for a deeply relaxing and soothing meditation experience where participants are bathed in sound. This restorative session begins with guided meditation and mindfulness, followed by immersion into calming vibrations created by instruments such as crystal bowls, Tibetan singing bowls, gongs, and flowing water. Participants will enjoy the sound bath while lying comfortably on a mat. Please bring a blanket or towel for added comfort.

Halloween sup & sip

Grab your best ghoul-friend and join Michelle Harris, BZ fitness professional, for a Stand-Up Paddleboard (SUP) yoga class with a festive Halloween twist!

The class will feature aqua yoga, Stand-Up Paddleboard yoga, and a calming meditation with just half of the class spent balancing on the boards.

After class, enjoy a complimentary boo-bubbly drink and light Halloween-inspired refreshments. Feel free to add a splash of Halloween spirit with festive colors or simple costumes you can move in!

All fitness levels are welcome, and modifications will be provided for those who are new to paddleboard yoga. Prior yoga experience is suggested but not required. For ages 16+
