5K Swim Club Challenge
January 13 – February 14, 2025
Love to swim laps at Body Zone? Get in shape early in the New Year by joining our 5k Swim Club Challenge! Dive in and complete a total of 200 lengths of the pool (Body Zone only) from January 13 – February 14 to qualify for a raffle drawing. Be one of three lucky winners to receive either a 5- or 10-pack of lap swimming sessions or a 10-pack with a pair of goggles.
How it works:
- Book and buy a lane online or at Guest Services
- Record your lengths on the clipboard provided at the aquatics desk

Eating well is more than just choosing the right foods, it’s about developing lifelong habits that support overall health and well-being. Join Michelle Harris, BZ fitness professional and nutritionist, to gain the knowledge and skills you need to help make nutritious choices, build balanced meals and create sustainable eating patterns. Whether you’re looking to improve your diet, understand nutrition labels, or develop mindful eating practices, this program will set you on the path to lasting wellness.

Weigh To Wellness Trim Down
Open To Non-Members & Includes A Free Six-Week Membership
Interested in losing weight and feeling better? Want to get back to a healthy lifestyle and focus on you? Join Body Zone’s Weigh To Wellness Trim Down, an six-week motivating, supervised and supportive group wellness program organized and led by Body Zone’s team of fitness and health experts.
You’ll benefit from Weigh To Wellness Trim Down if:
- Your current workout and weight loss regimen aren’t working and you need that extra boost.
- You need a health reset or because you are engaging in eating and exercise habits that are putting or keeping you at risk for disease and illness.
- You have been told by your physician to lose weight.
- You have Type 2 Diabetes.
- You are preparing for orthopedic surgery and have been told to lose weight.
- You’re looking for improved mental wellness
The six-week Weigh To Wellness Trim Down program includes:
- 18 customized group training classes.
- Nutrition education and support.
- Tracking and feedback via InBody body composition screenings and MYZONE heart-rate performance technology.
- Six-week membership (for non-members) to Body Zone’s fitness center and discounted access to aquatics programs, personal training and Body Zone’s new REP ROOM Studio.
- Accountability partnerships with our fitness team (Coaches, Certified Trainers, Member Advisors).
