    What is BODYPUMP?
    BODYPUMP is a weight training workout that uses barbells with adjustable weights. It’s ideal for the beginner through the experienced exerciser as you are in charge of how much weight you put on the bar.

    CYCLE 101

    New to indoor cycling? Join Cycle 101 and discover everything you need to ride with confidence! This beginner-friendly session covers proper bike setup, form, safety, and how to get the most out of every ride. Our instructors will guide you step by step so you can feel comfortable and strong in any cycling class including our other format in the Cycling Studio, SPRINT.

    Perfect for: anyone new to cycling or looking to refresh their skills.
    You’ll learn: bike adjustment, resistance control, class structure, and tips for success.

    Winter solstice specialty yoga class

    Join Michelle Harris, BZ fitness professional, for a warming and grounding flow to welcome the winter season. During the class, you’ll be encouraged to breathe deeply, listen to your body, and be challenged both physically and mentally.

    Prior yoga experience recommended.

    inbody body composition screening

    Know your numbers! Learn your body fat percentage, muscle mass and more with a free InBody body composition screening plus results interpretation by a member of our team of fitness professionals.

    What is an InBody screening? It’s a non-invasive, one-minute test that provides accurate body composition analysis — a detailed breakdown of your weight in terms of muscle, fat, and water.

    Use the results of your screening to help guide your exercise, nutrition and even hydration goals.
