Body Zone Sports and Wellness Complex offers a variety of events and opportunities for our members, customers and guests. We also have special rules, guidelines and Code of Conduct in place to ensure an excellent experience for all.
If you are hosting a special event, please communicate this information to all involved parties: team captains, team managers, coaches, fans/spectators and families prior to your rental date.
Parking Lot Guidelines and Policy
- Park in designated spaces only.
- A large overflow parking lot located on the far end of the facility if the main lot is full.
- Parking in handicapped spaces by participants without handicap authorization will result in towing at the owner’s expense.
- Parking in grass areas, common roadways or fire lanes is not permitted and cars will be towed or cited by local authorities.
- Tailgating is strictly prohibited and this includes the use of gas or charcoal grills and tents.
PLEASE NOTE: Members, customers and guests who do not follow policies and rules set forth by Body Zone and enforced by its staff or those who violate any local, state and/or federal law will be subject to ejection and possible termination from the facility and all related programs and membership.
Facility-Wide Policies
- Body Zone is a tobacco free facility and use of tobacco products will not be permitted on any part of our property. Smoking, vaping and use of smokeless tobacco will not be permitted inside the facility or in our parking lot areas.
- Alcoholic beverages are not permitted in the facility and prohibited from being consumed in our parking areas.
- Body Zone is not responsible for items that are lost, stolen or damaged. Members are encouraged to leave valuables at home and lock personal items in a locker while utilizing the facility.
- Pool and hydrotherapy rules and regulations are listed here.
- Wellness Center rules, regulations and member courtesy policy is listed here.
- Outside food and beverages are prohibited. Only water bottles or sports beverages are allowed in the fitness center and aquatics area. Food is not permitted in these areas at any time.
- Coolers are not permitted and will be asked to be removed from the facility.
- Children must be supervised at all times especially in the pool areas. The following applies to our younger guests for fitness: Youth ages 16+ may use the wellness areas on their own. Children under the age of 12 are not permitted on the wellness floor, cardio loft or track under any circumstances. Youth ages 12-15 may be on the floor under the direct supervision of a parent or guardian and only after an assessment by our Director of Fitness. Any parent who wishes to have their 12-15 year old on the floor by themselves must first complete our Junior Gym Certification Program with a Body Zone Personal Trainer.
- All fees are subject to change.
- Pets are prohibited from the facility however Body Zone does recognize ADA service animal requirements.
- Cell phones are permitted in all areas except for locker rooms and rest rooms. Please use discretion while using cell phones — practice awareness and respect of fellow members and guests.
- Kicking, throwing or dribbling any type of sports balls in our hallways and common areas is strictly prohibited.
- Accidents or incidents: a staff member must be notified and a Body Zone Incident Report must be completed in the presence of a Body Zone staff member.
- Loitering will not be tolerated and may result in removal from the facility.
- Sport specific vendors are permitted by permission only, but Body Zone must be made aware of their presence at an event a minimum of two weeks prior to the event and will be subject to space rental fees.
- Use of the Wellness Center is restricted to use by members only. No players, teams or guests are permitted to enter the Wellness Center, running track or pool.
- Rental groups may only use reserved area. Use of the basketball court, fields or ice rinks outside of defined rental is strictly prohibited.
- Use of party rooms is not permitted unless reserved prior to the event by the event coordinator. Additional charges will occur for these rentals.

Code of Conduct
- Use of profanity and other types of aggressive and vulgar language and behaviors are prohibited. This includes name-calling, harassment, intimidation or other menacing behaviors and may result in immediate removal from the building, suspension of membership, or termination of membership.
- With regards to sporting events: abuse of officials and opposing players and fighting will not be tolerated and all violators will be asked to leave the facility for the remainder of the event or terminated from all privileges at Body Zone.
- Members, customers or guests may be refused admittance if suspected to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
- Carrying or concealing a weapon or any device or object that may be used as a weapon may result in immediate removal from the building.
- Theft or behavior that results in the destruction or loss of property at Body Zone will result in immediate removal from the building and termination of any membership, rental contract or program participation.
- All members, customers and guests are expected to act in a courteous, caring, respectful and responsible manner.
- Dress code: proper attire, including shirt and shoes is required of all guests attending events at Body Zone or entering the facility for event set up or breakdown and etc. Shirts and shoes must be worn throughout the building. Management reserves the right to refuse admittance to anyone it deems dressed inappropriately.

Prohibited Items*
- Alcoholic beverages, controlled or unlawful substances and controlled substance paraphernalia
- Weapons of any kind
- E-Cigarettes/Vaporizers
- Coolers and outside food and beverage
- Glass objects
- Laser pointers and pens
- Noisemakers, such as airhorns, fireworks, Frisbees, balls and other projectiles
- Animals that are not ADA defined service animals
- Hoverboards, segways, skateboards, drones, model aircraft
- Any other item deemed unacceptable by Body Zone Management

Membership Policies
- Body Zone reserves the right to terminate a membership at any time for any reason. Body Zone will refund the prorated portion of any pre-paid membership, less initiation fees and a $100 termination fee will be assessed. EFT activity will cease in the next scheduled full month.
- Members agree to follow facility-wide rules as promulgated from time to time. Memberships will be revoked if you, your family or guests fail to obey all rules and regulations, use abusive language, threaten physical violence, engage in criminal activity, be a nuisance or disturb fellow members or Body Zone staff. In this event, no part of the member’s payments will be refunded.
- A new member may cancel their membership contract without penalty within ten business days of its signing. Body Zone will issue a full refund, including any initiation fee.
- A $30 fee will be assessed to member’s account for any returned check or declined credit card.
- Freeze Policy: Members may freeze their membership ONE time during a calendar year for a minimum of one month up to a maximum of three months. Monthly dues will continue to be billed during this freeze time and will be added to the end of the member’s current contract at no cost.
- Termination Policy: Members may cancel at any time during the contract year without incurring a fee if they have or are moving 25 miles or more (documentation required) or for medical reasons (MD note required). If a member chooses to cancel for any other reason prior to the end date of current contract (unless it falls during 10 day money back guarantee time frame), a cancellation fee will be applied.(See contract for cancellation fees).
- Body Zone has a 24-hour cancellation policy for all scheduled appointments and/or programs which require an additional fee.
- Membership grants no rights to govern or control the facilities, equipment or activities of the club.
- All fees are subject to change.
- Membership in and use of the club is subject to reasonable rules and regulations that can be amended at any time.
Basketball Court Policies
- Field spikes are not permitted on the court at anytime.
- Players and coaches are not permitted to use court, hallways or other public spaces for team gathering or changing areas.
- Children and siblings related to a court rental are prohibited from using the court unless the appropriate fees are paid.
- Court rental event rules should be respected and all players, coaches, spectators and siblings must stay off the court during all rentals.

General Information
- Body Zone is handicap accessible.
- First aid is located at Guest Services and 2nd floor Wellness Center.
- Three automated external defibrillators (AED) are located in the following places: 2nd floor Wellness Center, Aquatics Lobby and in the Indoor Sports area.
- Free WiFi available brought you by fiber optic network.
- Lost and found is located at Guest Services. Items are only held for 30 days.
- Public skating is offered year round, and is open to anyone in attendance at designated times. Please ask Guest Services for more information or consult bodyzonesports.com/skate. Normal admission fees will apply.
