As a certified yoga therapist with healthcare training, Beth begins with detailed assessment of a client’s needs leading to a tailored practice of yoga tools, including postures, breathwork, meditation and Ayurvedic principles to achieve to manage symptoms and improve health.

About Beth Harenza:
Beth believes in the soulful, healing power of yoga on the mind and body. She teaches vinyasa, slow flow, yin and restorative yoga. She is certified to teach trauma-informed yoga, in addition to InnerYoga and Energy Medicine Yoga, two therapeutic approaches that combine yogic practices, ancient healing modalities, and modern science. Beth is adept at designing thoughtful and thorough yogic applications, individualized for private and small-group classes, to support healing from innumerable imbalances including stress, burnout, anxiety, depression, injuries, and trauma.
Beth is currently in the Advanced Teacher Training track in Energy Medicine Yoga, in addition to clinical work in the Yoga Therapy program at Prana Yoga Institute of Yoga andHolistic Health. She offers services in Reading, PA.
