Two group challenge kick off workshops to explain resources and support tools including InBody results and MYZONE use. Location: Penn State Health St. Joseph / Time: TBD

Fitness assessments scheduled and MYZONE belts distributed

Week of October 7
Fitness 101 workshop (How to work out plus more) at Body Zone 6:00 pm

Week of Oct 14
Midway InBody screenings (at Body Zone)

Week of October 28
Nutrition seminar by PSU Berks Professor Dr. Ike Shibley at Body Zone 6:00 pm

Week of November 11
Final InBody screenings (Mon/Tues/Wed) at Body Zone

4:00-7:00 PM DJ WORKOUT: Tunes + Brews (DJ Special D, Beer & Faller’s Pretzel Tastings) on 2nd floor Fitness Center
4:00-7:00 PM REFRESH & REFUEL: Simply BOLD Cafe coffee and smoothies samples in our main lobby.
4:00-7:00 PM *SPECIAL CLASS: Stand Up Paddleboard Partner HIIT w/Sue Daly in the pool.
6:00-7:15 PM *SPECIAL CLASS: Zumba Glow Party with the BZ Zumba Instructor Team (bring a friend/family member 12 and older for free) in Studio 1.

1:00-3:00 PM SPORTS FUN: Open Pickleball on the basketball court. First-come, first-served.

5:30-6:30 PM *SPECIAL CLASS: Breathe & Refresh Yoga with Beth Harenza.

9:00-10:00 AM *WORKSHOP: Citizen CPR w/ BZ Swim Instructor Jenis Frederick in the pool party room. Space limited to 10.
11:00 AM-3:00 PM FITNESS CHALLENGE: “Walk Like An Alligator” on the 2nd floor turf.
5:00-7:00 PM *FAMILY FUN: Family Glow Swim in the pool. Space is limited to 50.
