School of Fit’s small group training experience will educate your young child on exercises and proper techniques to help them improve their fitness, health or athletic performance. Sessions are much more than a gym class and will focus on exercises for strength, balance, stability and speed and the proper body mechanics for those exercises including warm-up, cool down and recovery to prevent injury.

Our youngest members, ages 12-15, learn proper and safe usage of fitness equipment, wellness floor etiquette and simple workout progressions to ensure a healthy and enthusiastic fitness journey.
